Jo Scholes
Pilates Teacher & Personal Trainer

Jo first qualified in 1999 and is a CIMSPA accredited level 4 Personal Trainer and Stott Pilates teacher. She has specialisms in corrective exercise and common orthopaedic conditions as well as delivering sport specific sessions for injury prevention.

Jo uses the Pilates repertoire and functional movements to create individualised programmes to help optimise alignment, increase strength and stability.

Over the last 5 years Jo has also focused on Women’s Health and Fitness to improve overall pelvic floor and core function.

In her spare time Jo enjoys doing arts and crafts with her children. She is a keen cyclist and a member of the South West Road Club
