Eliza Wheeler MCSP

Eliza qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Bristol UWE in 2007 and is a registered member of the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. She has worked in a variety of clinical specialisms within the NHS including as a Senior Physiotherapist in Neurological Rehabilitation and more recently as an Advanced Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist.

Eliza's training in Pilates started in 2013 when she completed her Matwork 1 and 2 courses with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI). She has since gone on to complete further APPI courses including the Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates, Pilates for Neurological conditions, Pilates for Scoliosis and most recently the Advanced Matwork 3 course.
Eliza loves using her Pilates training to teach a range of group classes, one-to-one clients and to treat people with various MSK, Women's Health and neurological conditions.

As a busy mother of four young children, she has first-hand experience of the benefits of regular Pilates for the body and mind. In other spare moments she enjoys running, walking and gardening.
