## Before you book

The four things people ring up to ask.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly with us. A GP referral is only needed if your private medical insurer requires one before authorising treatment, so check your policy if you plan to claim.

How much does physiotherapy cost?

An initial consultation is £72 and takes 45 minutes. Each 30 minute treatment session is £62. There is no membership fee and no block of sessions to buy in advance.

Where are you and is there parking?

We are at The Edge, Woolmer Hill, Haslemere GU27 1QB. There is free parking outside, step free access into the building and ground floor treatment rooms.

How many appointments will I need?

Many straightforward musculoskeletal problems settle within three to six sessions. Longer term and neurological conditions are worked to a plan over a longer period. You will get an honest estimate at the end of the first appointment.

### Would rather just ask someone?

Ring reception during clinic hours and describe what is bothering you. If the question is clinical they will pass it to a physiotherapist rather than guess.
