Aromatherapy at Healthflex is a sixty minute session of gentle massage using essential oils blended for you. Most people come to it to relax, to switch off and to give themselves an hour of calm alongside the rest of their care. It will be provided by a therapist qualified in both aromatherapy and reflexology.

## What happens in a session

Your therapist will ask a few questions about your health and what you would like from the session before choosing and blending the oils. The massage itself is gentle and unhurried.

## Before you book

Some essential oils are not suitable during pregnancy or alongside certain health conditions. Let us know about any pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions or medication when you book, so the session can be adapted safely. Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a replacement for medical treatment.
