Dietetics at Healthflex is a sixty minute appointment with a **registered dietitian**, focused on what you eat and how it affects your health, recovery and energy. You leave with practical, evidence based advice built around your life, not a one size fits all plan.

## What happens at your appointment

We start by talking through your health, your current eating habits and what you want to change. From there you agree a realistic plan together, with follow up where it helps.

## Who it can help

People often come for help with weight, energy, digestion, eating well around a long term condition or fuelling recovery and training. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, bring any recent test results or letters from your GP to your first appointment.
