Pilates is a gentle relaxing form of exercise involving a series of exercises that help increase muscular tone, loosen stiff joints and create postural awareness.

It is suitable for all ages and has been found to be extremely beneficial for people with various musculo-skeletal conditions and back pain.

Our instructors Heidi Wells and Yanina Paterson are both APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained and offer a variety of classes for various standards.
