Gill qualified in 1987 from Wolverhampton School of Physiotherapy. She worked in the NHS for 2 years before moving to the private sector in 1989 to Citisport in Epsom. She left in 1994 to work for 2 seasons in Val d'Isere treating ski injuries. She treats all musculo-skeletal injuries and conditions.Over the years she has worked with Surrey County Cricket Club, Charlton Athletic Football Club, Kingston Basketball Club, The Slater Tennis Squad, Reading Hockey Club and the Wimbledon Veterans Tournament. Gill has many sporting interests and enjoys tennis and off piste skiing.
