This information is provided by the user and includes name, address, phone contact and e-mail address. This information is used to send you information at your request ie; Healthflex brochure. We may also use this information to send you details of appointment times and of future services that we feel you may be interested in, however, should you not wish to receive this information now or at any later stage, please contact Healthflex on 01428 642577 or e-mail enquiries@healthflex.co.uk If you have previously requested to receive our newsletters but no longer wish to receive them, please “unsubscribe” on the newsletter to stop.

What happens to the information?

Personal information provided to us will be transferred to our secure database and any paper details will be shredded. Personal information submitted through our website is transmitted securely to our database where it is stored in accordance with the GDPR (2018) and your wishes.

How secure is the information?

Information provided in our clinics and transferred to our database is completely secure and is only accessed by our authorised staff. All of our clinical staff are bound by medical ethics not to disclose of divulge any personal information to any third party except with your written consent ie speaking to doctors or third parties concerning your condition and treatment. We will endeavour to ensure that information submitted through our website is transferred and stored as securely as possible, however, we are unable to give a 100% guarantee of this. Data sent from the user’s machine to our web server is encrypted using the latest SSL technology.

Does the Healthflex site use cookies?

The Healthflex website does not make use of cookies.
