What happens at your appointment
Your sixty minute appointment starts with a full assessment of how your hand and arm are moving and what is holding them back. Treatment may include exercises, hands on therapy, advice on managing swelling and scar tissue, and a plan you can follow at home.
What it can help with
Common reasons to see us include recovery after wrist fractures and hand surgery, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon problems, stiffness and arthritis in the fingers and thumb, and elbow pain such as tennis elbow.
