Healthflex is a team of chartered physiotherapists, podiatrists and complementary therapists working from one clinic in Haslemere.
One clinic, one team
Martin Dyer was one of the original co-founders of Healthflex in 2000 and has run the clinic successfully on his own since 2020. Healthflex has looked after people across the Surrey and Hampshire border throughout that time. Everything now happens under one roof at The Edge in Haslemere, which means the whole team, the gym space and the equipment are in the same building rather than spread across sites. In practice that matters more than it sounds. If your physiotherapist thinks your knee problem is coming from your foot, the podiatrist is down the corridor. If a neurological patient needs the gym rather than a treatment couch, it is there. And if you need to be seen by someone with a particular specialism, we can hand you over properly rather than starting again somewhere else.

You see the same person
Continuity is part of the treatment. One clinician takes you through your course, knows your history and can tell whether this week is better than last week without being told.
We explain our reasoning
You will leave the first appointment knowing what we think is wrong, in plain language, and why we think it. Where national guidance from NICE or the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy points one way, we will tell you that too.
We say when it is not us
If your symptoms need a GP, a consultant, imaging or urgent assessment rather than physiotherapy, we will tell you at the time rather than book another appointment. Knowing when to stop treating is part of the job.
We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it
Many of our neurological patients are also under an NHS community team. We work with that plan rather than across it, and we will talk to the people already involved in your care.
