These pages cover the back and neck conditions we treat every week at The Edge in Haslemere, from lower back pain and sciatica to neck pain, whiplash, disc injuries and scoliosis. Each one explains what is going on, what treatment involves and when something needs a doctor rather than a physiotherapist.

Podiatry and physiotherapy for painful bunions, focused on comfort, footwear and function, with an honest account of what does and does not straighten them.

£62–£90

Hip and knee conditions

Hip and knee pain often starts somewhere other than where it hurts, which is why treating the sore part alone tends to settle it and not fix it. These pages cover hip pain, knee pain, ACL injuries, meniscus tears and runner's knee, what causes each of them, and how physiotherapy in Haslemere addresses the cause rather than only the symptom.

£62–£72

Headaches, jaw and balance

Headaches that come from the neck, jaw pain that clicks and aches, and dizziness that turns out to have nothing to do with your ears are all treatable by physiotherapy, and all three are commonly endured for years first. £62–£72

Long term conditions

Some problems are not going to be cured, and treating them as though they should be is why people give up on treatment. Arthritis, hypermobility, persistent pain and the pain that builds from years at a desk all respond to the right approach, which is about function, strength and confidence rather than a course of treatment that ends. These pages explain what that looks like in practice.

Workstation and posture pain

Treatment for the neck, shoulder and back pain that builds from long hours at a desk, without the myth that there is one correct way to sit.

£62–£72

£62–£72

£62–£72

30–45 mins
