Reflexology
Reflexology at Healthflex is a sixty minute session of gentle, focused pressure applied to the feet. Many people find it deeply relaxing, and it sits well alongside physiotherapy and the other treatments we offer. It will be provided by a therapist qualified in both reflexology and aromatherapy.

What happens in a session
You stay clothed apart from your shoes and socks and relax in a reclining chair or on a couch. Your therapist will ask about your health first, then work through the feet with steady, comfortable pressure.
Before you book
Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment, and we will never suggest otherwise. Tell us about any pregnancy, circulation problems or foot injuries when you book so the session can be adapted.

A standard reflexology treatment is £60.
