Pain on the inside of the ankle that will not settle: adult acquired flat foot
A common and often missed cause of aching along the inner ankle and arch. It is progressive, it responds well to early treatment, and there is a simple test you can do standing up.

Nick treats musculoskeletal problems across the board, with a particular interest in shoulders, arms and spines, and in rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery. If you are coming to us after a knee, hip or shoulder replacement, Nick is very likely the person you will see.
Background
Nick qualified from the University of Brighton and has worked in both the NHS and private practice. Part of his NHS career was spent at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, working in complex orthopaedic care including total knee, hip and shoulder replacements. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
How Nick works
Nick takes a hands on approach and is more interested in establishing the cause of a problem than in treating the site of the pain. Once that is clear, the work is a rehabilitation programme aimed at both recovering from the injury and stopping it returning.
Away from the clinic he plays badminton and squash, swims, and travels a good deal.
